Useful change and function on PHPStrom9

There is useful changes and functions on PHPStorm9. It is internal documents for Interest Marketing Vietnam.

REST Client tool

Because we still use POSTMAN to access REST API from client (chrome expansion) But we can use REST Client tool on PHPStorm.
