Sharing information in company has not ever been an easy solving problem in every company. For instance, first comes the problem when you take note a meeting minutes at local drive and want to share it, secondly if there is anything goes wrong and needs to be fixed, it is even harder to find a solution.

Because of that i want to introduce a real time collaboration editor called Hackpad. I had included i Dropbox and made it to be open source

How to use hackpad

Here comes the index page, pages will be divided 1.png

Here is the details page. It is the status of the edit page, the name of the editors are displayed in the left side 2.png

You can also drag and drop to upload many kinds of picture 3.png

This is the view of a newly created page 4.png

We can create some tasks 5.png

We can also change to list view 6.png

At my point of view it will be very useful if you use hackpad in work for taking meeting minutes, or help to accumulate knowledge in Wiki-style. This service is bought by Dropbox but i do not know when it will be able to be used so i think it will be best to make it in advance

Hackpad is an open source/software made of Java, Apache License 2.0
