Requirements:
The IT Intern will be responsible to provide IT support to office operations, including some or all of the following tasks:
More specifically, responsibilities will include:

IT troubleshooting and answering IT questions.Making sure all issues logged and registered solution into tracking system.Making sure IT documents are up to date.Data transfer using different media such as FTP, web, cloud servicesAnswering phones/Skype on IT support bases
