Xin mọi người giúp đỡ!!

Mình đã cài IIS,PHP,MY SQL,PHP Myadmin vào máy rồi.
Mình download 1 cái forum IBF về.Mình unzip IBF rồi cho vào wwwroot trong Inetpub.
Hix vào http://localhost/ nó ko hiện lên forum như server trên internet giống như diendantinhoc chẳng hạn.
Mà nó hiện ra cái chữ như sau:
Làm thế nào bây giờ? help me!!!!
